- Return the product within 10 days of receiving your RMA#.

Second and subsequent orders of any Dermagenics product, including Club shipments, are non-refundable, however, may be exchanged under the following conditions:
- If you were sent an incorrect item, we will correct any mistake at our cost, including shipping and handling.
